Fair Housing Initiatives Program (FHIP) Private Enforcement Initiative

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
To develop, implement, carry out, or coordinate programs or activities designed to obtain enforcement of the rights granted by the Fair Housing Act or by substantially equivalent State and local fair housing laws.

ELIGIBLE FUNCTIONAL CATEGORIES:
1. HOUSING;
- Homebuying, Homeownership;

WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM THIS PROGRAM:
- Individual/Family;
- Minority group;
- Specialized group (e.g. health professionals, students, veterans);

WHO CAN APPLY:
- Private non-profit institution/organization (includes institutions of higher education and hospitals);
- Other private institutions/organizations;
