PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
To enhance the capacity of State and local first
responders to respond to a Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) terrorism
incident involving chemical, biological, nuclear, radiological,
incendiary, and explosive devices.

2. LAW, JUSTICE AND LEGAL SERVICES;
