PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
To enhance the capacity of State and local first
responders to respond to a Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD)
terrorism incident involving chemical, biological, nuclear,
radiological, incendiary, and explosive devices. The program goals are
to enhance the ability of State and local jurisdictions to develop, plan
and implement a program for WMD preparedness and to sustain and maintain
specialized equipment.

1. DISASTER PREVENTION AND RELIEF;
- Emergency Preparedness, Civil Defense;
2. LAW, JUSTICE AND LEGAL SERVICES;
- Law Enforcement - Planning and Operations;
