PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
To support the establishment and development of drug courts. The FY 2001 Drug Court Grant Program is responsive to, and supportive of, developments in the field. As a result, the Drug Court Program Office (DCPO) announces the availability of implementation and enhancement grants. Implementation grants are available for up to $500,000 for up to 3 years. There are separate categories this year for communities applying to implement an adult drug court and a juvenile drugcourt. Enhancement grants are available for up to $300,000 for up to 2 years. There are separate categories for single drug court enhancement and statewide enhancements.
