PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
To support the development of the One-Stop system infrastructure with the objective of achieving model, seamless and comprehensive services for people with disabilities, thereby increasing their employment, retention, earning capacity and occupational skill attainment.

 ELIGIBLE FUNCTIONAL CATEGORIES:
1. EMPLOYMENT, LABOR, AND TRAINING;
- Planning, Research, and Demonstration;
- Program Development;
- Job Training, Employment;
- Assistance to State and Local Governments;

 WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM THIS PROGRAM:
- Handicapped;
- Physically Afflicted (e.g. TB, Arthritis, Heart Disease);
- Mentally Disabled;

 WHO CAN APPLY:
- State (includes District of Columbia, public institutions of higher education and hospitals);
- Local (includes State-designated Indian Tribes, excludes institutions of higher education and hospitals);
- Federally Recognized Indian Tribal Governments;
