PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
To assist EEOC in the enforcement of Title VII of the
Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, the Age Discrimination in
Employment Act of 1967 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990
by investigating and resolving charges of employment discrimination
based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, and/or
disability.
