PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
To distribute cataloging and bibliographic information in the form of magnetic tapes, Internet distribution, microforms, CD-ROM's, book catalogs, and other technical publications to Government agencies, libraries and other institutions and individuals. This enables them to utilize the Library of Congress cataloging and avoid costly cataloging in their own institutions.
