PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
To substantially enhance the proficiency of personnel engaged in the operations and maintenance of treatment works and related activities by financing pilot programs. EPA's funding priorities will be given to proposals that discuss on-site technical assistance to address the plant's unique performance limiting conditions and classroom training to improve the skills of wastewater treatment plant operators.
