PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
To provide States and Tribes with greater flexibility to address their highest environmental priorities, improve environmental performance, achieve administrative savings, and strengthen partnerships between EPA and the States or Tribes. The Performance Partnership Grants (PPGs) are an alternative assistance delivery mechanism and do not represent funding in addition to grants provided under individual authorities.

1. ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY;
- Water Pollution Control;
- Air Pollution Control;
- Solid Waste Management;
- Pesticides Control;
- Radiation Control;

- Federally Recognized Indian Tribal Governments;
- Anyone/general public;

- State (includes District of Columbia, public institutions of higher education and hospitals);
