PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
(1) To help address State-identified needs for
qualified personnel in special education, related services, early
intervention, and regular education, to work with children with
disabilities; and (2) ensure that those personnel have the skills and
knowledge, derived from practices that have been determined, through
research and experience, to be successful, that are needed to serve
those children.

1. EDUCATION;
- Educational Equipment and Resources;
- Handicapped Education;
- Resource Development and Support - Elementary, Secondary Education;
- Resource Development and Support - Vocational Education and Handicapped Education;
- Teacher Training;
WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM THIS PROGRAM:
- Education Professional;
- Handicapped;
- Physically Afflicted (e.g. TB, Arthritis, Heart Disease);
- Infant (0-5);
- Child (6-15);
- Youth (16-21);
