Noninsured Assistance

    PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
    To provide crop loss assistance comparable to the catastrophic risk protection level of crop insurance to producers of commercial crops or other agricultural commodities for which the catastrophic risk protection level of crop insurance is not available.

    ELIGIBLE FUNCTIONAL CATEGORIES:
    1. DISASTER PREVENTION AND RELIEF;
    - Disaster Relief;
    2. HOUSING;
    - Property and Mortgage Insurance;

    WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM THIS PROGRAM:
    - Local;

    WHO CAN APPLY:
    - Local (includes State-designated Indian Tribes, excludes institutions of higher education and hospitals);
