    - Water Pollution Control;
    5. NATURAL RESOURCES;
    - Water Conservation and Research;
    - Community Water Supply Services;
    - Wildlife Research and Preservation;
    - Land Conservation;
    - Recreation;

    WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM THIS PROGRAM:
    - State;
    - Local;
    - Public nonprofit institution/organization;
    - Private non-profit institution/organization;
    - Quasi-public non-profit organization;
    - Rural;

    WHO CAN APPLY:
    - State (includes District of Columbia, public institutions of higher education and hospitals);
