Mortgage Insurance_Rental and Cooperative Housing for Moderate Income Families and Elderly, Market Interest Rate

    PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
    To provide good quality rental or cooperative housing for moderate income families, the elderly, and handicapped. Single Room Occupancy (SRO) may also be insured under this section (see 14.184).

    - Home Improvement;
    - Cooperatives, Rental;
    - Multifamily;
    - Construction Rehabilitation;

    WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM THIS PROGRAM:

    - Public non-profit institution/organization (includes institutions of higher education and hospitals);
    - Individual/Family;
