Non-Discrimination in the Community Development Block Grant Program (On the Basis of Race, Color, National Origin, Religion, or Sex)

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
Section 109 of Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended prohibits discrimination in Community Development Block Grant Programs on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, or sex.

ELIGIBLE FUNCTIONAL CATEGORIES:
1. LAW, JUSTICE AND LEGAL SERVICES;
- Legal Services - General Services;

WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM THIS PROGRAM:
- Anyone/general public;
