    To develop or expand the ability of existing eligible organizations to provide fair housing enforcement and to establish new fair housing enforcement organizations.

    ELIGIBLE FUNCTIONAL CATEGORIES:
    1. LAW, JUSTICE AND LEGAL SERVICES;
    - Legal Services - Housing Rights;

    WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM THIS PROGRAM:
    - Individual/Family;
    - Anyone/general public;

    WHO CAN APPLY:
    - Public non-profit institution/organization (includes institutions of higher education and hospitals);
    - Other public institution/organization;
