    To provide Federal assistance for Indian tribes in a manner that recognizes the right of tribal self-governance, and for other purposes.

    ELIGIBLE FUNCTIONAL CATEGORIES:
    1. HOUSING;
    - Homebuying, Homeownership;
    - Indian Housing;

    WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM THIS PROGRAM:
    - Individual/Family;
    - Minority group;
    - Moderate Income;
    - Low Income;

    WHO CAN APPLY:
    - Local (includes State-designated Indian Tribes, excludes institutions of higher education and hospitals);
    - Federally Recognized Indian Tribal Governments;
