PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
To serve as a national technical resource to support government, industry, and nonprofit partnerships in ongoing consultations and negotiations about applications for hydropower licensing; to meet present and future outdoor recreation needs; to maintain and enhance a project's riparian areas.
