GOVERNMENT GRANTS AND LOANS
Rural Domestic Violence and Child Victimization Enforcement Grant Program

    PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
    To implement, expand, and establish cooperative efforts and projects between law enforcement officers, prosecutors, victim advocacy groups, and other related parties to investigate and prosecute incidents of domestic violence, dating violence and child abuse; provide treatment, counseling and assistance to victims of domestic violence, dating violence and child victimization, including in immigration matters; and work in cooperation with the community to develop education and prevention strategies directed toward such issues.

    1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT;
    - Planning and Research;
    - Rural Community Development;
    - Indian Action Services;
    2. CONSUMER PROTECTION;
    - Regulation, Inspection, Enforcement;
    3. HEALTH;
    - Health Services Planning and Technical Assistance;
    - Indian Health;
    4. INCOME SECURITY AND SOCIAL SERVICES;
    - Specialized Services;
    5. LAW, JUSTICE AND LEGAL SERVICES;
    - Law Enforcement - Crime Analysis and Data;

    WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM THIS PROGRAM:

    - Federally Recognized Indian Tribal Governments;
