PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
To strengthen the understanding of the United States in foreign cultures and societies, and to strengthen the understanding of foreign cultures and societies in the United States, by encouraging cooperation between U.S. and foreign educational institutions on subjects of enduring common interest to the United States, to the other countries, and to the institutions participating in the Program.
