PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
To offer vocational and educational counseling to servicemembers within 180 days of their projected discharge or release from active duty and to veterans within 1 year from the date of their discharge or release from active duty.

ELIGIBLE FUNCTIONAL CATEGORIES:
1. EDUCATION;
- Resource Development and Support - Vocational Education and Handicapped Education;
2. EMPLOYMENT, LABOR, AND TRAINING;
- Assistance and Services for the Unemployed;
3. INCOME SECURITY AND SOCIAL SERVICES;
- Information and Referral Services;
- Specialized Services;

WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM THIS PROGRAM:
- Veteran/Service person/Reservist (including dependents);

WHO CAN APPLY:
- Specialized group (e.g. health professionals, students, veterans);
