PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
To help provide education continuity for children and youth in State-run institutions for juveniles and in adult correctional institutions, so that these youth can make successful transitions to school or employment once they are released from State institutions.

ELIGIBLE FUNCTIONAL CATEGORIES:
1. EDUCATION;
- Elementary and Secondary;
- Resource Development and Support - General and Special Interest Organizations;

- Juvenile Delinquent;
- Child (6-15);

- State (includes District of Columbia, public institutions of higher education and hospitals);
