PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
To make grants to or enter into contracts with Indian tribes, tribal organizations and Alaska Native entities to plan, conduct, and administer programs or portions of programs authorized by and consistent with the Carl D. Perkins Vocational and Technical Education Act of 1998.
