PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
To provide financial support for programs designed to meet the training needs for additional or better trained education personnel in Bilingual Education, including support for program improvement and, in certain cases, financial support for students pursuing post-baccalaureate degrees in areas related to programs for limited English proficient persons.
