PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
To ensure that children with disabilities, and parents of children with disabilities: (1) Receive training and information on their rights and protections under the IDEA and (2) can effectively participate in planning and decision making related to early intervention, special education, and transitional services, including the development of the Individualized Education Programs (IEP's).
