PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
To strengthen accountability for results in Title I by providing school districts with funds to carry out their school improvement and corrective action responsibilities under Section 1116(c) of Title I while offering students in schools identified for improvement and corrective action the opportunity to transfer to another higher performing public school, including a public charter school within the district.

- Resource Development and Support - Student Financial Aid;
