PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
To provide grants to assist schools in planning, developing, or operating programs of pediatric dentistry, and to provide financial assistance to residents in such programs. This program places particular emphasis on support of applicants that encourage practice in underserved areas, provision of a broad range of pediatric dental services, coordination and integration of care, meeting the needs of special populations, and recruitment and retention of under-represented minorities.
