    PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
    To further the purposes of domestic violence intervention and prevention through a range of direct and coordinated activities.

    ELIGIBLE FUNCTIONAL CATEGORIES:
    1. INCOME SECURITY AND SOCIAL SERVICES;
    - Specialized Family and Child Welfare Services;
    - Specialized Services;

    WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM THIS PROGRAM:
    - Specialized group (e.g. health professionals, students, veterans);
    - Women;
    - Child (6-15);
    - U.S. Territories;

    WHO CAN APPLY:
    - Sponsored organization;
    - U.S. Territories and possessions (includes institutions of higher education and hospitals);
