PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
To pay benefits to coal miners who have become disabled due to pneumoconiosis (black lung disease) or other chronic lung disease arising from coal mine employment and their dependents or survivors.

- Assistance and Services for the Unemployed;
2. HEALTH;
- Occupational Safety and Health;
3. INCOME SECURITY AND SOCIAL SERVICES;

- Families and Child Welfare Services;
